About Us

Sue McMillin founded Iolite Consulting Services LLC in 2015.   With over 30 years of experience in senior and executive management roles, including President & CEO for over 10 years of Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation (TG), leading large private sector and non-profit financial services companies, she has a proven track record of helping companies grow their business while focusing on excellence in the customer experience and service.

Sue is a people focused leader whose expertise lies in strategic and operational planning, change management, blending technology and business solutions to create operational efficiencies in highly regulated industries, government relations and team building.

Sue has served on a number of national boards, typically in leadership roles related to finance and audit, including ELM Resources, the National Student Loan Clearinghouse, the National College Access Network and the National Council on Higher Education Resources.   At the local level, she remains very involved as a Board member of the United Way of Williamson County and chairs its Community Impact Council, which reviews all grant applications.

In additional to her love of working with non-profit and philanthropic organizations, in her spare time she enjoys movies, music, a great meal with friends and Netflix marathon viewing.
